video-game-playing.jpgWhen video and casual games come up in conversation the focus is usually on fun, cool graphics and great game play.  When we play our games and hang out in from of screens for lots of hours a day, the conversation sometimes turns to fitness. 

Active exergames have become popular - from DDR, to Wii and even Beatles Rock Band.  FootGaming connects great physical activity right to your computer without the need for a particular game console.  Those computer games you already know and love could be perfect for FootGaming.

So, how much activity can FootGaming give you?

The better you are at the game, the more fitness you can get from FootGaming.  We used heart rate monitors on some of our FootGamers.
