FootGaming, Exerlearning and Generation FIT are designed by Judy Shasek, former middle school teacher, technology programs and grant writing lead and seven-year partner with teachers in the field during the development of Generation FIT and ExerLearning. She understands the overwhelming sets of responsibilities, planning and time constraints on teachers. School budget challenges and priorities are familiar obstacles to even the best programs.

From the very beginning of Generation FIT, Shasek realized if technology-delivered active game and learning interventions were going to be accepted in a classroom, teachers would need a turn-key system and regular, trained assistance. From the start, the 25-30% of student struggling most, the most challenged and challenging in a class group became the stellar leaders and managers of the program. Team E3 (E-cubed) was born from those seven years of experiences across the country. With current focus on improved test scores, more daily physical activity mandates, 21st century work and life skill training, service learning requirements and concerns about drop out rates and absenteeism something has to shift the paradigm of what we do.  Team E3 delivers.

When administration and participating teachers invested the 90-minute training time required for the Team E3 students the results were incredible.  With the new technology tools available, FootPOWR and other innovative FootGaming products from Cobalt Flux, schools have access to 21st Century success.  While the at-risk student is the usual choice for Team E3 leadership, a broad spectrum of students in grades 3-12 can benefit.  We have additional programs for the university and college environment.
